How to paint the chrome bumper the right way

Hi i'm new here, I just wanted to know what was the best way to paint the chrome bumper. For example should i wire brush it or sand it them prime and paint with bumper paint or something else. I have done my rims etc and i have experience with rims,trims etc but never done chrome. I want it black so i would like to know the best way i don't want it to look bad especially after my hours of work with the rims to make it look new don't want nice rims and ugly bumper make my 4runner look bad.

I didnt realize they were not DOT, nice comfy ride and their fairly quiet too.

what kind of crack are they smokin?! You think they would allow them on the streets if they weren't!! I'm 100% positive all 4 of my maxxis bighorns have a DOT stamp on them lol.

Thanks man! they probably look smaller on your tundra because the tundras are bigger than the 4runners right? at least the new ones are i think. thank you man

yea i got an 03 and they just look small. but yea tundra is bigger then 3rd gen runner.
