The hitch isn't going to fall off from 200 pounds. The carrier acts like a lever arm so there is a big moment about the bumper, but its a truck; its fine.
A 7000 pound trailer weight will have about 700 pounds tongue weight, to put things in perspective. A V6 towing 5000 pounds will have around 500 pounds tongue weight.
