Here in CA, I've learned not to trust dealer listings. They usually leave them up even if they have been sold or spoken for. I've called when I've seen a new listing, get my hopes up, only to have them tell me and it was told no longer available or already sold to a buyer. I've seen them leave the listing up for weeks after I've called them.
I have confirmed this experience as well....
CA is shady town Yota dealers...
In LA so far Carson and Cabe have been the only two with mature, straight shooting, honest seeming contacts in the internet/fleet sales. No TRDs but they were great people. Other dealers in LA try to push all their other models, talk shop like they know off roading, and give you the whole if they get a TRD I can basically give them a high bid on it for when the next one comes in...or that no more are coming in, so I better run to go pay way over sticker for theirs (that was Huntington Beach Toyota, telling me this weeks TRDs are the last shipment of the year no more are coming, AND told me anyone saying they are getting sticker or under sticker out of state is a SCAM so don't do it they warned me).
