New member. Need help navigating this site. Registered but am not able to create new post. Thx
2006 4Runner. Suddenly shut down while idling. Strong sweet burnt smell. Will not turn over,no click ,no warning lights. History. Submerged up to dash level for 30 minutes.New battery,ECU,fuel pump, throttle position sensor, starter, all fluids exchanged.Altenator appears to charge battery by increasing voltage from 12.64 to 13.54 with load. It was just running fine and quit. Burnt smell and no start. Appreciate any and all thoughts as I am stumped. .

Going to be heavily updating my build thread along side the youtube videos pretty soon here. Currently finishing up my front bumper and working on some other little things.

I will get more photos. But this is a 2004 4Runner V6 Sport. No suspension yet but 2-3 inch lift coming soon.

- **Speaker System Upgrade:** New front/rear speakers, amp, sub, and sound-deadening.
- **Carpet Replacement:** Black carpet with added insulation.
- **Winch:** 12,000-lb Harbor Freight winch with in-cab controls.
- **Dashcam:** Front and rear, hardwired with parking mode.
- **Cold Air Intake:** K&N intake, (Unnecessary, lowers MPG not worth the cost).
- **Bumper:** Modified 2nd gen Tacoma bumper with fog light mounts and light bar.
- **Head Unit:** Pioneer touchscreen with CarPlay
- **KO3 Tires:** BFGoodrich all-terrain tires for off-road performance.

Added USB charging dock for rear seats

Traction control button mod

Been a couple years since I've taken her off road. Finally got a good battery, and looking forward to getting her back on the trails. Old pic, but hoping to get get out on some trails and camping with my boys soon.
