Again no lift, these should push out about 1.3 inches compared to the stock limited wheels. Enkei ST6 20 x 9.5 ET10 in flat grey

That looks great. I'm going to have to look up those wheels. My wife wanted me to keep the truck stock, but if I can keep it stock height with those wheels....

Looking good man! I'm just waiting on my Black Rhino Warlords to arrive so I can get them installed! Hopefully it'll be this week or early next. I'll post once they are on.

Wheel: TRD Pro 17" Matte Black 17x7 with 4mm offset
Spacers: BORA 1.25" spacers
Tires: Goodyear Wrangler Duratrac OWL C series 265 70R17
Suspension: Standard KDSS
No body mount chop, but we did relocated the fender liner and trim the front bumper and remove the front mud flaps, which I am going to modify with a heat gun. No rubbing now.

Bob, how long have you had those the tires on? how well do they perform in the rain on concrete?

I'm trying to decide what to put on my 2018 with the TRD rims...

Your timing is perfect.
First off, remember I am running 265 C load Duratracs at 37PSI in all 4 corners. We had a drizzle turn to rain and sleet this weekend and I drove over blacktop and concrete, including off/on ramps and highway miles in those conditions. I even ran through some deep puddles and floored it from a stop on blacktop. The wheelspin was very short in 2WH from a stop, and I had no issues on any other surfaces at speeds up to 70mph. I like these tires a lot for that performance and they look great with the OWLs on my white rig. They do "tramline" on the grooved concrete highway surface, but I am not complaining as I drive on it often. Just feels like gusty winds, no biggy.

FYI, I did the heat mod on the front mudflaps and they rub much less than before. I only hear it when turning left at full lock. May be worse when I am not the only person in the car, or airing down offroad. in that case I will just pull them off again. I'm convinced it won't be an issue if you don't use spacers. Good luck!

Any machine finished or silver, non beadlock wheel options? I like the Method Racing standard but they have fake beadlocks.
I hate black wheels. I see plenty of all black trucks and jeeps.

Yep - just put some 18's on a few weeks ago, purchased from Tirerack:
Dick Cepek Torque, 18 x 8.5", 20mm offset, Kumho Road Venture AT51 265/65R18.

Almost identical overall circumference, zero rubbing even during some relatively light offroading during a trip to Utah.

Very pleased with this setup and it basically retains everything at stock specs.

Will be posting all 5 original 20" OEM wheels & tires for sale soon as well!!

Also EXTREMELY impressed with these tires - so far dry windy roads, ice, slush, rain, offroading, just about everything I need them for.

Wow, some awesome set ups. After looking at all 20+ pages I have my wheel selection down to the following:

FN Konig Countersteer Type X
SCS Stealth 6

I will be installing the OME 3" lift and plan on running 285/70/17 tires (still deciding on those). Any concerns or issues I need to know about either wheel? Thanks!!

Bought the 4runner stock a few months ago and have tried a few different wheel options. My wife loved the Limited 20's until we got them on there. She loved how they looked from the side but as many people say, they were just too skinny. Just didn't look right with skinny tires. Ended up buying 2017 TRD off road wheels and keeping the factory tires. First picture is stock with SR5 wheels, second is limited wheels and 3rd is what we settled on which is the TRD off road wheels.

I just bought a super white, 2016 sr5 premium. Really low mileage (7000). For a heck of deal. I always wanted a trail edition (now TRD off road), as I typically love the wheels, and the hood scoop no matter the year. For the price I couldn’t pass up the sr5.

How much did you get the 2017 TRD off road wheels for? Where did you get them? Did your previous wheels factor into the price at all via a trade in, or anything of that nature?

The first thing I’m looking to do is pick up a set of those wheels. Next I’m looking at either a new hood, or hood insert. The goal is to make this thing look exactly like a trd off road 4Runner, without the unnecessary and expensive off road features.

I’m in Kansas City, but I have my wheels off my 17 TRD Off Road with tires that I pulled off at 800 miles that I’d be willing to sell. They are in perfect shape with no scratches or anything as they were only on the truck for a week.

focus on the wheel and the tire width. Usually the tires are wider than the rims.. unless you're down with the moon buggy look.
