88 with 5" lift and 35s?

anybody have any pics of an 88 4runner with a 4-5" lift and 35s? Reason I ask is because I am going to install my Rough Country 4" system (that adjusts up to 5") pretty soon, and I wanted to know how 35s (if I could even fit them) would look with a 5" lift. :zoom:

you can run 35s u might have to hammer the pinch welds a bit but with ur gearing and the v6 id stay with 33s

On page two towards the bottom is my runner with a 5" lift in the rear, 4" up front and wearing 35" rubbers

Says hes already got 4.88s, so that should help, but then again hes rockin the auto tranny, so he might need to step down to 5.29s. 35s will fit good DO IT!

With 35-36" tires and an auto trans, you'd want 5.71 gearing.

I'm running 35's with a 5 inch lift and yes the pinch weld and inside plastic fenders get in the way a little but they can be tweaked pretty easily. Mine is also an 88 v6 with stock gearing. It has pretty good get up and go. Just struggles on large hills over 60 mph. I personally like the 35's they are a little more of a statement piece than the 33's
