A question about my new 2012 4R SR5

Hello everyone, I am new here, just got my 4R. Now I have a few questions
1. Is the rear parking sensor very sensitive? Mine I need to go rear very slow and very close then the sensor has bi-bi sound. It seems useless with this sensitive level..
2. Every time when I ignite the car, turn the wheel(left or right), there is a one-time scratch sound. Just one-time every ignition. Is it normal?
3.Brake pad scratch noise.

For #2: are you stationary or are you moving when you turn the wheel and hear the scratching sound?

When I move forward, the first time I turn and turn back the wheel, the sound appears.

For #1, I think you can have the Toyota Techs adjust the sound level and the sensitivity of the backup sensors. Someone might be able to better answer this since I don't have backup sensors. I remember reading something about the sensors in the Dealer customization thread PDF.

#3, does the noise happen all the time or only if you leave the car sitting for a few days? Maybe the rotors are sitting and a film of that rust develops. Usually when you use the brakes the noise goes away. Or if this is a new car it might take time for the rotors and the pads to break in.

looks like the volume is just adjustable and it is set at MAX sound.

Hi Mason, thanks for your suggestions
1. Sometimes the sensor works normal, sometimes it doesn't sound at all even when I am very close to the obstacle.
2. Every morning when I start the car, I can hear this sound, it seems from
under the wheel, and my hand can feel a little bit scratch shake. After that, however you turn the wheel, there is no any sound. If I park for an hour and start the car, the noise comes again at the first turn.
