I love all these SR5 owners talking about how capable stock SR5s are....then you proceed to read their signature lines that include but not limited to: Full stage suspension, UCAs, skid plates, bumpers, winches, wheels, tires etc.

In all seriousness, SR5s are legitimate, and can more than hold their own.

I didn't really see anything in that video that was all that impressive for a 4Runner, other than that river crossing. Dude's lucky he didn't get swept away. Stupid to drive into water that deep moving that fast.

Softex isn't as good as cloth when its 90+ and high humidity. Hard to find cloth trail model.

SR5 has a higher payload

I've had a 2003 and 2007 TRD Tacomas. The locker didnt unstick me or aid in traction whatsoever. I think lockers are best suited in steep terrain where mechanical grip is possible but for whatever reason one tire spins and the other dosen't move.

I can buy whatever Toyota I want and I choose more base models because that's what I like.
