Ok, not having a good day. Came out the back of my office to go to lunch and all I see is broken glass.

Question is, how much is this gonna cost and should I get toyota glass or some other ones?

No takers? Just got couple of quotes. One for $175 for the whole deal, which sounds quite inexpensive. The guy just said it was quality glass but did not tell me what brand when I inquired further. So that just sounded kinda shady.

Call toyota and the glass alone is $321 and has to be ordered. A third place couldn't get me a quote because it was late into Saturday already. He did tell me they use PGW or Tokington. I did get a better vibe from him.

I have no idea what the differences are. I just don't want problems. Rather pay a bit more for quality. Any help would be appreciated.

No clue which option you should go for.

But i think you should bait your car with sunglasses and a GPS on the dash next time and wait in the bushes with a baseball bat and a 9mm IWB just incase the punk who did that shows up again.

I've been broken into twice. I paid $300 each time for non Toyota glass including install ( I now have a "glass guy" as sad as that is) ...I would do the 175 as long as the shop has a good reputation.

Funny, that was the first thought that came in my head after i realized what happened.
They did take my polarize Oakleys. Fortunately they couldn't figure out how to unlock the doors quickly and did snatch my $700 mountain bike led or my garmin gps. I also had my fridge/freezer in the back.

I feel ya. Worst feeling to have as you're approaching your vehicle and spy shattered glass next to your ride.
