Aftermarket Bumper vs. Hidden Winch?

A big reason I like having an aftermarket bumper is the extra "security" should I ever be in the middle of nowhere and hit a deer or whatever else.



Would much rather have the added protection of a steel bumper with hoops.

Ditto this.
Though I have a different gen, I want a full metal bumper with hoops. Where I live is open range so cattle encounters happen. We also have a lot of burros roaming around.
Aluminum is fine for me. Sure is tougher than the plastic facia that is OEM.

This looks like budbuilt, It's perfect for a smaller sub 10k winch and lights. I had a badland apex and it bulged a bit, but was already planning to go full metal.
