Air coming out from the air vent while fan shut off...

I wonder if anybody has or had the same issue: my climate control fan is off, but air is still coming out of the vent. Cold at first and later as the engine warmes up the air gets warmer too.
I have Third Gen 2002 SR-5 Sport.

Do have it on Recirculate? If you have it on fresh air mode, it will still let air come in when the vehicle is moving even with the fan off. If you turn Recirculate on, it shuts the vents to the outside and no air comes in at all.

To me it's normal, and I rather enjoy the nice, warm air in these low ambient temps... But yea, what that guy said ^

Ok. When recir is turned off, the vents turn to what is called "fresh" and even though the fan is off, the physical force of the car moving through the air will push air into your car....

Got it. I do have it on fresh air. I'll switch to recirculate and see what's gonna happen.
