Air compressor

Getting some Firestone airbags for towing, and was curious what kind of compressors you all are using to air these up. I was thinking something that runs off the 120V outlet in the back, but not sure if the draw would be too great for the outlet to handle. Don't know much about electricity, so I was looking to keep it as straightforward (and cheap) as possible.

Doesn't require a big compressor to feed those airbags: check out Antmans build thread for one such installation.

I'm not running airbags, but I have the ARB dual compressor mounted near the passenger side firewall with a chuck in the rear driver side wheel well. I mainly use my compressor for airing up tires, but it will also run light air tools.

You may want to check with Antman since he's running the airbags.

Okki

Thanks for the replies, guys. I should have remembered the 5th gen motto: "consult the antman build thread for all thy mods questions"
