I have been lurking for a couple of months now, and now I'm freaking in! Shoreline Blue, Limited, Nav, 3rd Row, and it's on the way! I am so freaking stoked, I can hardly breathe. How did I get here? Here's my story...
I started all of this convinced that the Venza was going to be my new ride. Nope. No disrespect intended to Venza owners, but that car was not for me. Too wide, too low, and just kind of hard to figure out what it was for. So, I looked Highlander.
Great ride, fit the family, nothing wrong at all...but not enough right. I had heard all of the crap about how the truck based 4 Runner would not be for us. That's a bunch of bull. The biggest part of the attraction to the 4 Runner was the freakin' soul and passion of the owners. I won't drive an appliance. I want something that I can be proud of. I want to be part of something, and now I am.
So, there is the Oprah version of what I'm doing here. Expect pics and raves in a week. Thanks to Daniel for helping me get hooked up here. Most websites don't care if there is a glitch or they never get back to you. Thanks to all members here for sharing their stories. You inspired me to do this, and I can't wait to truly relate. The vigil continues...my 4 Runner needs to get here!
