These ride really nice- very quiet and smooth. I did some fender-liner trimming as expected and I think I got rid of the rub...
Don't they look great?! My buddy Brad at work even mounted the tires so the white lettering is centered over the valve stem on all the wheels.:thumb:
Hopefully these will get me past 200,000!
Do you still have your wheel spacers on or did you get rid of them with the new wheels?

It's done! The front bumper has been trimmed and installed- I think it looks great! Pictures don't do it justice. Way more clearance and it looks much more aggressive. First the pics- then the issues I had to overcome...
All trimming was done with a Dremel and a reinforced fiber cut-off wheel- slices through like butter. Once I cut the bumper and fitted it there was some more trimming to do. The aluminum support bumper had to be trimmed a tiny bit, maybe 1/2" on the end- I left the metal brackets on there (important-read on).The fender liners needed trimming as well. Trimming the liners was easy, but I made sure to leave a section on there that could be attached to the metal brackets. The liners need support or they will flap around.
Now the part that I knew would be a challenge- but I came up with an easy solution. Once you cut the rounded part off the bumper you lose a lot of structural integrity, and looking up underneath the area is unfinished and exposed. I knew this going in and planned on fabbing some filler plates for the area. But... the pieces that were cut off can be trimmed and re-used to cover the hole and support the bumper. They attach to the metal brackets as well.
I realize that right now this looks like ass, but the reality is you can't even see this unless you crawl under there. These rounded pieces took the brunt of the trail rash on the front. I will be pulling them off again, sanding and painting with bedliner for a finished look. It'll look acceptable after that. Here's a pic of the filler piece for now.

I had been thinking of doing the same trim to mine as all of my cuts and scrapes are on the areas that you trimmed off. However, I don't have much damage on the corners - So I've been thinking of taking out just the center portion and not the corners that way keeping a bit more structural integrity.
I like the look though.

Any tips for how you taped off the front section of your bumper for the rocker spray? I'm hoping to be able to leave mine on the vehicle, but can't quite figure out how to tape. Did you pull once dry?
- mine has many rock chips and I think this would be a good way to go!

I sanded the shine off, wiped it down with acetone and a tack cloth and sprayed it. Yes, you pull the tape off once dry.
