Any alternatives to PIE's toy03-aux?

Does anybody else make a product that gives you RCA inputs to hook up an MP3 player? Looks like the pie adapters won't be available till the end of March.

Specifically this is for an '05 Scion tC stock single disk HU.

Blitzsafe also makes an adapter that other members here have installed. Not sure of compatibility with the Scion unit though.

I just installed a unit from USA SPEC in my '05 T4R. It has 2 inputs and plugs into the CD changer port on the standard HU. Best of all, it doesn't require a power connection. Here's the Crutchfield link:
