same for me, except the east coast thing.

I grew up saying pop also, but now it just sounds wrong.

Right after I graduated high school, a friend and I took a road trip across the US. When we were in Louisiana, we were at a small diner and I ordered a "pop." I still remember her face as she said to me, "What the hell is a pop?"

Coke, no question whatsoever.

And it's all referred to as "Coke" in general unless you need a specific term, like "hand me that coke" or "please pass the sprite."

At least we got rid of that douche-bag blow hard with the political thread. That guy must have lots of friends.

oh, and between those 2, its Pepsi. a cold coke tastes like a warm Pepsi...

but, I prefer squirt or sprite over any of the dark sodas.

You probably need to elaborate exactly who that douche bag blow hard is...

I used to be a Pepsi guy but my tastes change to Coke for a cola. But I prefer Sprite.

I hope I'm that guy[emoji3]

I havent drank soda in about 8 years, but maybe 2 or 3 times. When i do have one its either a large pepsi with lots of ice from my hometown pizza joint where they serve crushed ice and turn up the syrup content on the soda, a mexican coke made with cane sugar, or a jaritos strawberry made with natural flavor and pure cane sugar.

Honestly I can't tell the difference between the two.

How about Sprite made with corn syrup vs Sprite made with cane sugar?

cane sugar sodas are better, but harder to find.

how about bottle, or can?

I prefer in a bottle. for several reason. 1, I can put the lid back on, and not worry about it spilling in my truck, or whenever. 2, it tastes better. there is a significant difference between them.

I found a bottle by the side of the highway one time; it was yellow pop so it must have been mellow yellow or something but boy did it taste funny.

Jarritos? Mmmmmmmm.

Bottle all the way. But if I do buy some, I buy it in the can. I'll get the smaller 8oz cans instead of the 12oz ones. Don't like drinking 12oz in a sitting, so less waste.
