Anytime Backup Camera and Front Camera - February 2017 Group Buy

I am interested in getting one of these, but have a question about the switch. I saw in one of the YouTube videos you were using what looked like an AirOnBoard OEM type switch to change the inputs:

If so, was it just a single AOB switch required for changing inputs or did you have a secondary somewhere to turn it on first?

You need either two single pole switches (SPST) or one double pole switch (DPDT).

In my truck I have one AOB switch to activate the override then another switch to change inputs. I have the first one I ever made in my truck so it's a bit different.

Unfortunately I do not have a kit for this but can walk you through the process of how to do it if you are interested.

Comes with an IR remote which can be used to select sources and there are also buttons on the box to select.

It doesn't seem like this kit has any interaction with the navigation/movement override, but looks like it all plugs in the the same harness.

Has anyone integrated the nav override into this kit? If not, I'll start figuring out how to do it so I can get it all installed at the same time.

No nav override is incorporated but you are right the nav override would use the same harness. Wire 17 on the 28p harness is the speed sense wire which is what needs to be altered.

I do not incorporate this mod into it because from my research there is no way to really do it correctly at all.
