Are suppension part on Gen 5 interchangeable?

When I was doing work on my Gen 4 4runner, I was able buy new car takeoff TRD suspension parts from an FJC and install them on my 4r. Saved a lot of $$ that way. Both 120 chassis so there were no compatibility issues.
So the question,, are the gen 5 4r (specifically 2015) 4r suspension components compatible with the tacos or fj's? If they are it sure expands the used component market.
