Ah so this is just a wheel cover, got it. I was so tired when I asked I guess I missed that part. That's not horrible on pricing though. I definitely look forward to seeing some pictures or a video on how it turned out.

It looks legit, way better than the one I have on now that's 15 years old. Full leather and comes pre-stitched so you just have to do the cross stitches to install it. Looks like the stitching on my Hellcat steering wheel which looks great.
I'll obviously be removing the current wheel cover. I'm unclear if I also remove the factory leather from the steering wheel. I'll have to research that. I'm thinking this just goes over it though.

I'd like to see it too. I'm planning on swapping in a 2003 tundra steering wheel with the controls but most of them I can find are gray. I found a cover like yours but for the tundra so let us know how it looks, if it fits well i'll probably get the same one

I put a Wheelskins leather wheel wrap over my existing leather steering wheel. The wheel feels thin to me without any sort of cover on it so that extra 1/4 in or so feels a lot better when driving and I don't have large hands. You could try removing your existing cover before you put the new one on and see first if you like the thinner profile. If not, just install over the existing leather. Hope that helps with your decision process.

It does indeed go over your OEM wheel without removing anything.
I have a spare wheel, so I am going to take my sweet time (right)
getting the stitching nice & even - especially by the horn assy.
I just got my shipping notification for mine, so I'll be brushing up on
my YouTube tutorials! Look forward to seeing your results.

I remember the steering wheel being a bit on the thinner side back before I put the Wheelskins on mine as well. I'll probably go over the existing leather like you suggest. Our newer cars seem to have a bit thicker steering wheel.

Diffs and transfer case fluid change using the new pump. Worked great. Seemed to pump decently fast as well. I kept the Mobil1 75W90 in the house so it wasn't super cold which helped.
Updated drain and fill plugs to Lexus parts for the front diff as well.

Sienna wheels also come with controls, same deal though - tan or blue-grey mostly (if not all?). Still requires custom work to get the controls to wire up - new clock spring, etc. I'm in the middle of that project now, moving slowly...

Some of them came in black, it's really hard to find though. (2005-6 Tundra, 4th Gen 4runner, 100 series Land Cruiser, Highlander) My original plan was to take the gray wheel and controls then wrap them with a cover and vinyl respectively, but now I'm going to try to find some black controls because I like the labels. The airbag I was planning on painting with the SEM paint that zacattack used on his interior
My hangup right now is the airbag, supposedly you need one from a 2003-04 tundra or sequoia, which I have been unable to find one that hasn't gone off. I have all the other parts and things done, including the wiring diagram and cruise control wiring, but that one part is hanging me up. If you'd like me to send you the wiring diagram let me know

Anyone got a good way to look up bolts for these things? Since I'm going through doing a pretty good amount of restoration new bolts are in order for some places. Gas tank skid plate is just one example. They're a special bolt with integrated washers and appears to be M8x1.25 but looking on McGeorge I'm having trouble finding bolts.

Toyotas are a pain when it comes to bolt/nut part numbers. I use an account on toyodiy.com which allows full access to the parts diagrams, cross references, etc. amayama and partsouq might also help with finding pictures of small parts, along with a google search after you have a candidate PN.
Most likely you are looking for 90119-08667 (6 of them holding the skid plate?)

Try this link, it's to a diagram, but the p/n's are really small. This is for an 01 so they should definitely be the same for the 02's. I don't want to list a specific number because I'm not 100% sure which is which, but hopefully this helps some.

Do you have a bench grinder? Recently when doing my front brakes, a buddy of mine cleaned up the sliding pins and caliper bolts with one and they looked PHENOMENAL. I can't remember what kind of wheel he had on it, I can find out if you want. But seriously it made the hardware look like new. It was insane.

I totally agree with that. I'll check out toyodiy as I run into the same issues frequently. My Nissan on the other hand it's a piece of cake to order bolts, washers and any other misc hardware as it's all laid out nicely in the diagrams. One of the few things Toyota doesn't do well for DIY'ers.

Honda bolts have detailed descriptions with thread size and length. Toyota just calls it a generic part. Boo.
