Bilstein 6112's Installed!

Weird, it looks like you have oil in your CV's. What came out of mine when they ripped was pure nasty grease.

My guess is the XREAS leakage got into the ripped boot.

How are you guys getting so much lift out of your bilstein 6112s? I have mine in the 5th notch on the passenger and the 7th notch on the driver side as per the instructions and only got 2.5 inches of lift. Paired with the ome medium springs in the back my ass end is sky high. I’m seriously thinking about getting the icon 3.5 before Utah.

Had the same issue with mine then switched to the 650# spring. May want to consider that as an option if you didn’t do that from the get go. Especially with added weight of the v8. Rear is still a little higher but when I load it down for trips it sits level. Still to this day I keep going back and looking at the icon 2.5s because I’m running 2.0s in rear and wouldn’t mind matching front and rear.
