Blade antenna into garage door...fix?

I failed to ensure the sliding door was high enough to give clearance to back in and hit the blade antenna on the bottom edge. About the first 3rd of the length of the rear of the antenna is pushed up so there is about 1/16th inch or so gap now. The rubber seal isn't damaged and seems to seat flush if I push down on the top of the antenna. I'm thinking black silicone to secure it back down but just checking to see if anyone else has done this and what worked for a repair to keep it secured and water tight.

Need pics- but the fin is secured from under the headliner with one bolt. I would remove it and see what you did first. Leaks in this area will not be good.

Satelite antennae

The blade antennae is for the Sirus-x radio. If you don't want it you don't need the antennae. Plug it with a bolt and a plate on a rubber washer. As Antman said, it bolts through above the headliner.
I believe it's the Toyota Corolla antennae that fits the same hole in the roof and it is lower. It costs about half the price too.
Do a search here for this. The repair/replacement has been posted a couple of times in the last year.

Looks more like it got pushed up or maybe bent the roof a bit to make the space. Found the referenced info so now may just put in a lower profile as I do like the XM and no more concern.
