After spending hours agonizing over wiring diagrams and accepting my electrical wiring intrepidation, I am going to sell my recently purchased Bussmann RTMR Fuse Block and go in a different direction.
This is the exact same one that you have read about that is being sold on eBay for $129. This guy has sold hundreds all over the world. The wiring work is amazing and I have even emailed him a few times with questions and he always responds within 24 hours.

Included is everything it came with sans the extra heat shrink tubing:
1- Fuse/ relay box with waterproof cover
1-80A Fuse and cover
2- Mounting brackets

5- 30 Amp fuses

Uninsulated Butt connectors
Expandable loom heat and chemical resistant (black loom)
Wires come with watertight seals, and 10 plugs making the box completely watertight
Pos. wire is 8 GA +- 36" long
Neg. wire is 12 GA +- 36" long
Accessories wires are 12 GA +- 36" long
Switch/ trigger wires are 16 GA +- 36" long
Fused/ non Relay wires are 16 GA +- 36" long
