Wow does that look great so now it looks like i have to swap my front and rear cover so I can order a set of these flares.

I had mine painted Attitude Black to match the 4Runner. I ended up doing a bit of cutting to get them matched up with the SW front and rear bumpers. I also went ahead and actually bolted them to the fender.
I found it interesting that Toyota has these Bushwackers on their "T-Force" model coming out soon.

Theoretically to keep your body and paint from being splashed with mud, dirt, sand, and salt from tires that are sticking out further, either due to wheel spacing choice, spacers, or both.
But these don't seem wide enough for that.
Also, if you've ever driven with the window down and taken a rock to the head at 70 mph...

I know the general idea; I had extended fenders on my other cars when I wanted to have the new wheel to be matching body line.
I asked exactly because they don't appear to be large enough. [emoji13]

Are you aware that there are people in this world that have a severe medical condition which causes them to be that way? My mother for instance is one of those people. She is a truck driver that has bad knees and a bad back from driving the truck but you probably do not care about that case either. Oh well I am not one of those people I am 6'4" 245lbs and I exercise every day. I would love to see you say something like to my mother in front of me. Probably never happen though you are probably just an internet tough guy. I doubt very seriously you would say that to someones face. Just my thought.What do you think. Oh I am sorry you probably do not have a brain. I on the other hand will be happy to buy you a plane ticket to come here and see if you have the nerve to say that to someone I know.

My mom recently passed so I tend to be careful with those things..... but if the offer to buy me a plane ticket is open I will take you up on that! Ain't been to CO in a minute!

I'm on the fence about the Bushwhackers because they don't give enough coverage, and installing them may cause more potential rust spots than I want.
That and I haven't decided on what kind of bumper to get on my 5th gen 2013--so I'm going to have to wait until I get my front bumper installed, then get them and trim them accordingly. They should be able to fit a pre 5.5th gen without the stock front bumper, with trimming to clear the sliders.
There's a guy in town who has them, but it'd seem creepy to be trying to see what the clearance is with a tape measure without his permission.

Even the guys at BW told me to beware that these flares tend to grind the paint off the contact points from dirt/debris building up, even if you clean them well.

There's a shit ton of Mag Chloride on the roads and I'm already fighting rust on the tailgate and undercarriage.
What I want are some lo-pro Jeep-style flares that just catch the debris.
The 4Runner paint still is better than the FJC, tho.
