Not sure. The Toyota spec is about 3.27° +/-0.75°. I was hoping for 3.5°.
Camburg Uni-ball UCA's cant get more than +3 caster?

How does it feel at highway speeds?

It feels okay, but not as centered as stock. I still have the factory tires. I just wanted everyone who is interested in high caster numbers to know that this may not be the UCA for them. I will keep them though because I like being able to service the ball joint my self.
