Can the front toyota logo be easily removed and the grill easily changed?

I am not loving the huge Toyota grill insert on the 4Runner and I plan to remove it as soon as i pick up my new baby.

1.) is it pretty simple to remove it? If I asked my mechanic to do it what would a reasonable price be?

2.) I am also interested in changing out the front top and bottom grill, is this difficult to do? What would a reasonable price be to have it done?

Hey, if you are modding grill can I get (buy) the front Toyota emblem from you? I messed mine up and have been looking to replace ever since.
