I have a 2021 SR5 Premium and put on stock running boards. The 4th gens have a panel that goes up the inboard side but the 5th SR5s (maybe except the Limited) do not.
I was told by parts at my really good local dealership, 802 Toyota, that the Premiums would not fit.
The problem is that slush and mud come up and land smack on the running boards! Kind of defeats part of the reason I have them.
Any suggestions? Thanks!
