Replaced deformed upper control arm bushings due to a careless and rookie mistake. Whenever I'd grease the bushings, I didn't think to loosen the through bolt. I need to replace the lowers because there's some horrendous noise still coming from there.

4/19/16 4X4 Actuator Replaced

4X4 actuator was replaced. Had a cracked and separated hose and the unit was filled with water.

4/26/16 Cam Brackets

The night before FJ Northeasters, I go to do an alignment after adjusting the coil overs and come to realize that I need the Total Chaos lower cam washer brackets. Some of mine are bent with the washer twisted over them. Wonderful. Had to leave it in the shop.

One of the reasons that I am re doing the front end. My tabs are bent up and can't hold an alignment. Total Chaos Cam tab kit, Shock tower gusset, spindle gussets all going in come install time.

I always had those cam brackets in mind for the LT set up but seemed to have been doing fine stock. Until now. I have the spindle gussets but not the shock tower gussets.

Yeah I figured while everything was out get it all gusseted for the extra peace of mind. Specially after this last desert run and taking a few hard hits.

Finally installed the Factor 55 Flat Link E that Steve from Southeast Overland brought to the FJNE run at Rausch Creek for me. Looks much better and safer than that hook.

Looks good and Steve is a good guy. Southeast did my lift for me during my stint in SC. Loving that front CBI bumper with the tube. I saw the flat support in person and it looks good but think the tube is winning me over.

Yeah, I hang with him a bit when he comes up to this event. I didn't like the design with the flat plate so I had them do a traditional tube hoop.
