Dallas area job search, can anyone help?

I'm only back in town for a few months, looking for a job. I've worked in a warehouse since I was 16 or so however business for them is not going so well and they couldnt rehire me. pretty open to just about anything here I'm getting desperate haha

try clp i work for them in the bay area as a carpenter its nothing great but it will get you buy basicly day to month labor jobs,if you have any general construction expierence or are skilled whatever its a job, and they will hire just about anyone who isnt a complete idiot and will pass a drug test the nice thing is if you find another job and it dosent work out clp will get you work next day....

Short term work like that, I'd be on craigslist daily looking for odd jobs. If you're a single dude just working for beer money and some entertainmant, that is. If you're providing for a family, try jobsindallas.com... That's where a few buddies have found decent temp work.

I'm guessing you're an OU student? If so, I'd be looking for something related to your field of study - at least for next year.

In the short term, I'd look into retail. Lots of seasonal jobs. Retail looks good on a resume - it means you can deal with other humans

Yeah sorry about the lack of info / not putting this in off topic, I'm just desperate, thanks for the help though, craigslist is tough cause every one is looking for full time aka not just a summer job, but goodnews is I have two interviews next week.

and [MENTION=87322]2002tii[/MENTION] I know I was really bummed out when I couldn't find an internship for sports management, you think thatd be pretty easy with Clay Bennett being both an OU alum and a Fiji alum. needless to say I kinda sh!t the bed with jobs, I was expecting my old job to take me back, they just dont have the work for me
