Demello Bolt-On sliders

We used gussets on the ones we could use them on. I need to appolgize, there was supposed to be anther support that ran from the first leg to the 2nd leg, I don't think it will cause any problems not having it but it will be on the final design.

All the holes are stock holes and should bolt up to all models the big difference is the limited will need to trim the plastic.

That being said we haven't mounted them on a limited yet, so there may be an issue with the xres. If someone wants to come in for a test fit with a limited we could do verify.

Hey Mrgrimm, Having a bit of an issue installing these tonight. From the front, did you use the second set of holes on the frame. I was trying to fit it to the first set but the bottom part of the fender flare is in the way, where the front mud guard attaches. Also did you have to remove the rear mud guard, the little black piece that attaches to the bottom of the rear flare.

Actually, they are still only three supports. It's just that the first and second support are connected by another bar.

Ordered mine about 2weeks ago. They do not charge you until it goes into production. Total for mine is $689 and some change. Shipping would be another amount. You can also order them without pc or with out the mesh.

Yup. $689.48 as seen plus shipping. Just gotta figure out how to put them on. Looking at MrGrimm's pics, it appears that I may have it too forward. I may have to set the first support on the second set of holes on the frame, remove the rectangular tab at the bottom of the rear fender flare to slide the sliders back that far.

@ttn333 When you get this all complete, can you take some pics of where they mount so I can take a look at my rig. I have a LE, hopefully there isn't much of a mounting diffrence. I do not have xreas, torn it out and replaced it with some icons.

Danny, I'm sure Jason can add mesh anywhere you would want it. They do custom fab work all the time plus they are about 20 miles from where we live. GET THE SLIDERS! On a side note, I got your email and will send you some info on the camping area request.

She pretty much said someone is claiming a copyright violation on that model. So they have to stop selling them. I didn't ask anymore cause she acted like she had already said too much.

They will still have the Hybrid and Tube sliders.

He wouldn't disclose who is doing this to them, but one of these companies is basically doing this to everyone, they paid for a patent and are going after all the shops one by one in a "patent bullying" war.

I am floored by this and wish I knew who the company is so I can start a boycott thread.

I'm just bitter that I can't have these sliders which are prefect for my needs. :moon: to that company - and it's not bud built.

I wonder what the patent is on? The bumpout portion? The Mesh?? Logo??? This is strange but I don't imagine it being to difficult to find the company that is openly selling sliders that look similiar to the demello ones.
