I recently purchased an 02 Sport Edition 4x4 Supercharged T4R.
After owning a 05 Prerunner and going on countless trips with 2wd it was time upgrade.
I have had my 4Runner since October 2014 and am in love to say the least.
Let's start:
At the private parties house when I went to look at it
The night I picked it up
Took off the running boards and dipped the wheels
Bought a first gen trailgear bumper hoping it would fit with modification (it didn't..)
Bought an addicted offroad tube bumper
Did retrofit with D2S Mini 3.0 w/ 55 watt slim ballast/ 6k bulbs
Be careful baking corner lights!!!!
After 2 days of putting them together
Jump forward to how it sits today with a set of ProComp 16x8 I picked up from Craigslist for 400$
Added a basket that my brother in law had laying around.
285s/ BAMF sliders w/kick out/ lift are already purchased and will be going on soon. WILL UPDATE WHEN ALL IS ON!!!!
