Nice!I have the same setup coming but I went with the 574 shocks up front. After seeing your pic I know I made the right choices. I have same size tires as you which rub a little at full lock in reverse do you have any rub after installing the lift?

Negative. Will measure at lunch and update.

Sweet! No rubbing at all. It's perfect. Completely transformed the ride for the better.

Alright. Couldn't wait until lunch so I just went out and did it, the suspense was killing me. Wasn't sure where to measure from since I'm new to this but I went from the bottom of the center cap lip, about an inch directly under the "R" in TRD.
EDIT: See updated measurements in post #1828.

  • Front Left: 25"

    Rear Left: 25.5"
    Rear Right: 26"

Is anyone running the 314/325 set up? Just curious how the ride quality is?
Heaps of guys are, I'm sure some will chime in. Ride quality depends greatly on the shocks and struts you use, since they can be valved any different number of ways.

Any insight on this..

Only Rear passenger side is sagging. Fronts measure fine and even

No weight in the back. Took everything out. I jacked the car up to let the suspension drop but once down goes back to the same sag.

Shocks show no sign of leaks.

Tire pressure is all same.

What else should I check to see what's going on?

Gas tank is full. Sag is there full or empty

2017 TRDP with C59-325. Springs have been on the car since 2017 Aug.

Since it was asked, here are my measurements, sitting on a slightly down-sloped (with front end downhill) driveway.

Front Left - 23.25"
Front Right - 23"
Rear Left - 24.25"
Rear Right - 24.25"

314/574 Front; 327/701 Rear; all the added weight is in my signature

What are your hub to fender meaurements? How much difference are you seeing?
Do you have KDSS?
Are there any accessories on your 4runner that are more to one side than the other?

Thanks! I'll email them to see if they have something going on. I was intending to buy it directly from them.

EDIT: Just received a message that they won't be having any specials in the near-term and the best they have right now is a 5% coupon. I'll pass and shop around since I'm in no rush.

Hmmm I dont think so. If you want monotubes without reservoirs check bilstein or icon stage 2. Why dont you want the reservoir?

Actually, Icon stage 2 was exactly what I had in mind. The reason would be to get a monotube shock over the baseline twin tube design but without the RR which i do not foresee needing. I do not intend on going fast over washboards especially for prolonged periods so I don't see fade as a major issue for me and my style of driving that would warrant a RR with its added complexity and cost.

Ahh ok. Main reason Id want the RRs was for the "shorter" size as the nitro charge is in the RR. Don't really need it though as I've been pretty pleased with the dobby twin tubes. Was originally considering the Icon Stage 2s but decided to save a bit and spend the rest on armor. Haven't felt the need for a monotube or feel there would be an improvement for what I drive in (socal lots of visits to death valley). Only thing I'd change is probably the rear shocks but that was me picking the wrong valved shock for the load I carry.

Hope you find a shock that works out great for you!

Is it possible to order a Monotube setup without the remote reservoir?

They make a non res mono tube. It’s called an IFP. I wanted them a year ago but I can’t remember if they didn’t have them in the US or if was the cost.

Thanks man! Those are exactly what I was hoping they carried as an option. I’ll wait for Mike to come back to see if they sell those here, but having gone through quite a bit of this thread,I don’t think many here have had real world experience with this particular set up though I guess the ride (for what I am looking for) would be quite similar to the mono tube RR shocks...
