If your asking if you can throw a DVD in the stock audio, no. If you are using a portable DVD player, you can use the aux input. It's under the little flap with the USB plug.

There is away to "Crack" the entune head to disable the vehicle motion lock, but it requires pulling the unit and I believe messing with the wiring harness. Not sure if it will play dvds, but you will be able to use a video input while driving.
