At this price point, I'm more than likely OUT. Was hoping it might come in around $700-ish for a group buy... Optimistic I know. If this goes through, I wish you guys the best of luck with them. Hopefully it's a great product and we'll get some more users in our application.

When I was figuring the cost difference I found the best price on a arb was $890 plus $35 shipping was $925 and a arb compressor is around $279 for a grand total of $1204 less shipping on the compressor
I think you can do a used fj Locker for less however I believe they have a external actuator needing another skid plate
Please let me know if I'm wrong on any of this

Yes you can do a used Toyota E-Locker for less. That's what I did. The actuator is external. Can you put some extra armor on it? Yeah. Do you have to? I don't have any on mine.

Yep. Actually, Austin [MENTION=65653]aha2988[/MENTION] modified it for me and did a spectacular job. Actually the whole mod was thanks to him making it happen. You can find details in my build here from post #412 for the mechanical portion of the retro-fit and post #426 for the electrical portion. Hope that helps. If you have any questions let me know.

From what I believe this should be a drop in part, I find that funny since you have to do allot of disassembly before it "drops in" lol
