Engine problems

Hello, I drive a 2000 4Runner, an SR5 with the 3.4L V6. It's throwing a cylinder misfire code for cylinder 1 which I cannot get to the bottom of. Things I've done so far: compressions test and swapping ignition coils. Neither of these have done anything as when the code pops back up after I clear it says that its still cylinder 1 misfire. Whats your compression numbers looking like?

A new plug or set of plugs could be it? I bought an 05 for $500 because a mechanic told the owners it had a blown head gasket but after a quick look at I disagreed... but they didn't want to deal with it & gave it to me for scrap prices... a set of plugs was all it needed!

Plugs, wires or Could be the injector.
