My 2017 4runner Entune Audio screen OPTIONS button no longer responds. Unfortunately the only way I know to access Radio stations SCAN is by first pressing OPTIONS >SCAN. Is there an alternative programing or hardware button that can get me to SCAN? I use the SCAN button lots and miss it.

Toyota has done away with Entune (Toyota Customer Service), so any apps, options, or features no longer work.

That includes cloud navigation, weather, destination search, traffic, Alexa, etc.

Thanks but Entune is the only radio and navigation system 4runners use currently earlier than 2022 unless owners replaced the OEM. All features function but overall the system is very problematic.

As I said, Entune and the app suite are gone, deleted. The link I cited details all the the things that were taken away. Yes, the hardware (radio head) remains, but much of the functionality no longer exists.
