It was time, the mpg has been creeping down a tad.
Cleaned off the fan while it was out. The NPN fan clutch was slightly different then the Aisan, so the style of nuts had to be altered to nut/lock nut washer combo. Just drain the rad to pull the upper hose to gain access. This way, the shroud and fan could be pulled out easily. The NPN unit is noticeably lighter then the original Asian unit. Next on my list is checking the timing.
