White is so right, but the single stage paint doesn't give as deep of a shine when detailed. I sometimes wish I would have gotten a nautical blue 4R.

Coming from black Tacoma I now have a MGM and love it. I too was looking at the same choice but like the look of metallic paint. If the trail had the Blizzard Pearl I would of gone that route. The grey looks good dirty and really shines when I use the Optimum No Rinse cleaner with Mequires detailer on top.

Sure you do.... pic or it didn’t happen.

Uggggh, you're gonna make me walk outside?!

But really, the plastic fender "flares", when they get scratched, they get scratched down to gray primer or black plastic - not cool. And my paint got absolutely blasted by brush on the side of a forest service road - I spent a good amount of time cutting it with a DA and pad/abrasive which helped a lot, but the paint still got absolutely thrashed.

Now, RELATIVELY speaking, hell yeah white is way better than getting another color scratched up. But when the sun hits it at a certain angle...yikes, no bueno.

White looks amazing but I ended up going with MGM. I chalk it up to my old man having purchased a new 86' SR5 in grey that I grew up with.

I have MGM and I always break neck every time I see a white one.

However, I do like how to MGM looks great with black emblems and black wheels. Its a nice color contrast.

But If I have the option between the two, it would definitely be a white one.

I was torn between these two as well. I saw both next to each other and while I love the stormtrooper look, MGM just blows you away after a detail. I don't regret my decision one bit. It also just looks menacing when coming down the road after the Pro treatment.

I really like my MGM.

I hope they actually release a 4runner in this color at some point

The actual color of calvarly blue 4runners look nothing like that. I want a cool silver blue shark color.

I really like my MGM.

MGM looks like a “deeper” paint in person, if that makes any sense. It’s a great color when clean. I went with white because I couldn’t afford cement and the white/black combination is bamf

Alright I know first world problems for sure, but I've been lurking here for a bit and now ready to trade in my 2007 Sport Edition in Galactic Gray. I was all set on Magnetic Gray then today I saw a White Pro and thought "Dang that does look nice"

I'll be getting a Off Road Premium with KDSS and eyeing the FN TRD Wheels in Gunmetal (for either color) and a minor leveling kit. Nothing too wild.

Before I drive the dealer nuts with wanting to test drive both the Gray and White I thought I would ask the Brethren here, what say you?

California = white 4Runner

I searched for a white TRD OR for a while and thought I was dead set. Decided to go with MGM and I am very happy I did. This color brings so much to the table and looks so good.

I've never been happy with Toyota white. Looks terrible with age IMO

White does hide trail scratches better. But dang that MGM looks good :naughty:

btw our Tacoma is the same color also. The same story went to buy white, bought MGM.

I got a white myself, but white is definitely the most common color on the road (for any vehicle). That said, there is only one white 4Runner that mine!

I didn’t like the blacks initially, but now they’re really growing on me when I see them.

I wish I got a red, but no dealers close by had one when I was looking...
