It's taking me a bit to get used to the camera, but I think I'm getting there. I love it though - so much power! (in relative terms anyway)
I have some pics from a little adventuring this weekend (Halfmoon Creek; Lake County, CO), but they're stuck on my other computer at the moment. In the mean time, here's a couple iphone movies from the trip

Went down to the dunes this weekend and did some wheelin on the Blanca Peak trail
Banged around a bit, but overall went well. Lots of sketchy sections on that trail! Made it up to "jaws 2" and called it there. Wish I had a locker or two now

Thanks! Jaws 1 was probably the biggest thing I've tackled so far and it went pretty well. We went around to the left side of it which was better clearance-wise, but not so much for the flop-factor. On the way back down it, there was definitely some teetering. I need to get sliders and disconnect my sways next time (totally forgot about em this time).
It's a pretty awesome trail, but it is a long one. The drive up to the start of the fun stuff is pretty rocky/rough so it's kindof a b!tch. The entire trail is pretty prone to loose and steep edges and it seems like all the obstacles have you leaning towards the nasty stuff. I was exhausted by the time we were back down.

Dang man. That left (downhill) side of Jaws 1 is supposed to be super sketchy. IIRC, at least one person has rolled down the hill right there and met their maker.

I think it was Jaws 2 that took someone out - there's a plaque on the rock to commemorate them. There was also an abandoned truck there that looked like it was moments away from tumbling down the mountain... that's where we called it and headed back down. I like living. To be honest though, there are more spots than not that seem really dangerous - on the way down, there was one section where I couldn't do much more than a controlled slide on big, loose rocks.

I didn't run the entire trail (stopped at Jaws 2), but I did have to get creative once or twice. I blame the tires - best tires I've ever owned and they hook up so well. Also, I'm learning a lot about using less skinny pedal and more tire placement. No winches or hi-jacks... slammed hard a couple of times though.
Butt puckering is an understatement!

Back in July, I hit a deer (a 6-point big-boy buck no less) near Bailey (CO):
It doesn't look so bad, but both headlights broke, the hood and bumpers were effed, the passenger fender was bent, and the passenger side of the radiator support was bent in pretty good. Had a check from insurance within 12 hours, so I got to work!
Hi Fish, sent you a PM. I have very similar damage (wifey!!!!) to my passenger side front end. My fender and metal piece below the light looks very similar to your damages and had some questions for you regarding how you repaired those items. Can you hollar back when you get a chance.

The torque app runs completely separate from the deck, it's all on the android. The deck has been great though - super good sound compared to the factory unit! Bluetooth is a must and I prefer to keep the head unit simple, but I did look at the app-decks... just seemed entirely too buggy and not worth the $$$ to me.

Fish, great looking ride man. I was wondering what the backspacing was on your wheels? Did you go with the 3.5'' or 4.5'' backspacing for the SCS wheels?
