I told you to just call me a Pu_ _ y! I am afraid of heights and this looks wayyyyy to scary for me. I prefer guard rails.

You might have a hard time even getting to Ouray then :lmao:
the Million dollar high way from Silverton to Ouray has no guard rails at all it can get quite interesting if a semi or RV is coming from the other direction.

If you are afraid of heights, then the rockies is not the place you should be 4wheeling, you do know that most trails are 8000 feet above sea level and above?

Nope, Colorado is definitely the place for me! I have been out many times. I usually stay in Almont and cruise around back there. Have never been able to make it to Crystal Mill and Marble, but have always wanted to. Every time I have been it has been closed. I need to go one year in late August or early September. I may do black bear, but I am seriously a chicken....maybe I won't do it. The minimal margin for error is what freaks me out.

Come back then and I know you got someone to go with you. I was planning on making a run out there this summer anyway. The views are supposed to be absolutely amazing!

Who has time for a run on late Tuesday and all day Wednesday? I will certainly be available for a run on Wednesday anywhere. Okay, can you add a Wednesday as day to go for a trail run?

If I roll out of bed early enough and get on the road I would be up for something Wed afternoon once I arrive and check in. Gotta set up camp first though, don't want stuff sloshing around in the back.

Got the CB and antenna installed and wired up (with lots of harassing questions to Antman...THANK YOU!!!) so I'm ready to roll.

Thinking about getting a second shorter antenna for around town, 4ft is quite the whip in the city with garages. I'll just store the SWR meter in the car for swaps.
