NEW WHEELS
Finally picked up some Stealth Custom Series wheels. Found a set of used Gloss Black F5's and the deal was amazing. Got them mounted up at a Ford dealership because it was the only place that would do it for under $100 and could fit me in that day.

I think they look great!

In other news, the roof rack is being waterjet this week and assembly will start the following week. New Odin tent going on this Sunday and some other fun stuff before our big 8-day trip leading up to FJ summit and ending at FJ Summit. YAY!

Packed my stuff and hit the road to meet up with him.

So on our way back down we noticed this silly fella trying to be a hero resulting in getting himself stuck and damn near falling of the side of the trail. Pic does no justice of how steep but if he continued to slide sideways he would roll down about 500ft and land in a valley alone, dead. We called him stupid in a respectful way by saying don't ruin it for the rest of us. Then like gentelman proceded to rescue him from the side of the hill. Don't be this guy. Please.

For the time being, we are just producing the full length though it can be fairly easily adapted to be a shorter rack by you with a hacksaw and or a grinder!

ROOOOOF RACKS
These past 2 weeks have been the busiest I've been since Finals, but some amazing things have happened. First of which, is the finishing of the first set of racks, My truck got one, [MENTION=144428]RockyMtnPhoto[/MENTION] got one and so did [MENTION=57546]4-Ripcord[/MENTION]. They came together super nice with some minor things we need to add/fix to be perfect and ready for the consumer. A week of testing in harsh conditions proved the racks durability with awnings, maxtrax, and rooftop tents. I got my extreme Led bar on as well which is pretty darn impressive for the price. Here are some rack photos and some trip teasers for you. The trip will be my next post so stay tuned!

"Overlanding" to FJ Summit
8 Days, 7 Nights and 950 Miles.
Day 1
The trip started off in my hometown of Conifer, CO.
Myself, [MENTION=144428]RockyMtnPhoto[/MENTION], [MENTION=57546]4-Ripcord[/MENTION] and Drew in the First Gen (Needs to make a damn buildthread/t4r account) all met up at the crack of dawn. 8am, which is early for me, a college kid who sleeps most of the day.

We headed out 285 and up and over Georgia Pass into Breckendridge.

Attempting Mosquito in hopes for enough snow melt to make it over to leadville.

Still to much snow, back down through fairplay and into Weston Pass for camp.

Weston Pass, though easy, its a Gorgeou area

My new Odin Designs RTT with the overhang and Annex, came in handy this trip with all the rain and bugs when the rain took a break.

The stars came out along with the Milkyway so I took a few shots of that as well!

Gonna do a post per day so Ill update these as I edit photos and have time to write it up. Day 1 was awesome and it was a great way to kickstart our trip!
