hey ruffian, im very interested in a clip of your muffler. i have no resonator or muffler at the moment, and im wanting to get a muffler to add a little backpressure. my thread is still on the main page, titled muffler help. thanks much

Sorry, was working too hard and playing too hard the last few days. Will get a video done soon in the next day or so and post it. I also need to double ck my receipt from the muffler shop as now I'm not certain it was a 40 series. I think I went with the slightly tamer 50. Which is still pretty darn loud when you floor it!!

I heard your sound clip before when I was looking into the getting a muffler and yet here I am still debating. The cherry muffler sounds good from the clip, but does it drone and increase sound after 2k? Also hows the sound from inside the cabin when you're on the road?

a little update im no longer running the borla turbo muffler.. i now have a magnaflow 12586 and no resonator... sound is awesome not loud at all until you step on it.. cruising is like having your stock muffler on...

as far as the borla its an awesome sounding muffler, specially when i took my resonator off, wifey just didnt like it much because its a little loud(for her) around 2500 to 3000 rpm but cruising not loud at all

Had a flowmaster 50 series delta flow before all this and it was a great muffler as well, it had more rumble compared to magnaflow and borla which are more refined sound wise

i'll prolly be selling my borla so if any of you guys want it just let me know

i hope this update somehow would help other members on theyre decision if any is planning on exhaust upgrade

i think im going to get the cherry bomb pro muffler after this vortex crack more. starting to have drips from the welds on the muffler on cold start ups, thinking its not good to keep the muffler anymore, cracks on the welds and casing, anyone else have this problem with there vortex?
