Forgive my ignorance - Navigation question

My '15 SR5 Entune Premium Audio w/ Navigation occasionally displays a Lime Green outline of the normal Blue route highlight. It seems to come and go. A brief scan of the manual found no mention of it. What is this indicating to me?

Traffic notifications. Green means no traffic.

I got a navigation manual with mine when I purchased it.
This should be covered in there.

Adding to what bjohnston115 said - if you see yellow or red, those are showing the congestion levels. From that, you can determine if you want to take an alternate route.
