If there's no leaks you should be fine, I've done the same thing before. Just be sure to check frequently to see if it develops a leak.
If you're really paranoid, you can slowly remove the plug and shove your finger in there once it's free and do some one-handed yoga putting the new gaskets on. You'll only lose a couple ounces of fluid, which you can top off when you do the fill plug. I've also done that before :biggrin1:
Glad I’m not the only one that has been down this road before! I’m excited about the prospects of the one-handed yoga. Maybe I’ll wrangle one of the kiddos to give me a hand. Question is do I have them plug the drain or swap the gasket?
