Do you have a template or drawing of the mounting bracket you made?

Sorry no I didn't make a template. I simply removed the factory speakers with brackets (they are almost one piece) then traced them on the MDF board. Cut them out with a jig saw - drilled 4 holes - then done. Very simple. Chris

Ok, I didn't get a chance to look inside the door yet so I had no idea how difficult it woud be. But it sounds pretty easy.
