Hi there,

Up for sale is a set of AMP Powersteps. They came on my 2016 when I bought in Feb of 2017 w/ 19k. Not sure how long they had been on before I got it.

I like the look and functionality but am moving to Durango and would like something more robust.

They work great. I’ve only had issues when pretty cold (teens and below) and when they needed some serious cleaning.

The driver side was out of alignment and he front plastic trim rubbed on the rocker trim. Some grit got stuck in between and marred the plastic trim cap (replaceable, not sure how much).

I’m in the DFW area and not really interested in shipping.

They sell for $1,499 new. I’m asking $700 OBO. Updated price 6.22...Now $350 obo......


UPDATE 6.22.....
Soooo, they were working fine 2 days ago, but the driver side just stopped yesterday. It is in the up position and makes a click noise but doesn’t move. Think it’s the clutch assembly or motor.....I was just looking into replacement parts at electricstep.com this morning. New motors are about $140 it looks like. They also sell new end trim caps for $24.
Due the unfortunate turn of events, I’d drop the price considerably. I don’t want to put more $$$ in them to sell them. I think around $350 would be fair for the set in as-is condition. Feel free to shoot me an offer

No, they didn’t have that option at the time these were installed from what I understand. I was told that you can add it on, but hav not looked into it.
