Frame in the cargo area. As a side note, I took out the double-decker system and all carpeting in the cargo area. The new floor sits directly on the dampening material.

Let the fiberglassing begin. The glass used came from a nearby glass factory. It is stronger and more dense than the stuff you get a hardware stores, as is the resin and hardener.

TA-DA! That black area is unbelievably hard. Notice the shine...didnt' have to sand much on this. Only a few bumps where the resin ran a bit.
