those highlanders are built to last for sure. almost got one for myself until i realized that would be settling haha.

you picked a good one. it should keep ticking reliably for a long time.

Sounds like a cream puff. Grab it before someone else does. We have 2 in my extended family and they are great cars. Hugely reliable.

Sounds awesome, and I hate to throw a wrench, but is 2004 one of the years that the Highlander required premium gas? If so that adds a relatively significant cost into the equation. We currently have a 2008 Pathfinder (bought by my wife pre-marriage) and it still burns me to have to pay for premium fuel.

I don't remember the year, but my ex- and I looked briefly at the Highlander a while back and that was one of the deciding factors against it.

I already bought it and shes driving it. I wanted her to lease a rav4 or something but for the same 250 a month she wanted to do this and own it. Also our licence fees are real high for a new car. I put regular gas in anything I own. The knock sensors take care any pinging. I havn't used premium im my Lexus ever and it calls for it.

I'd never buy a used Toyota in CO, unless it was less than a year old.

There are many rust free vehicles just down the road in Tejas.

we got an 02 limited a couple years ago. just over 100k, TB had just been done. we paid about $11k OTD. its a great rig.
