AGGGGH!!! So, some of the powder coating must have been thin in certain spots on my rack. It has held up to 4 years in the Florida sun, so I am not completely upset, I realize that things do corrode and break down.
That said, how would you guys go about fixing this? I was thinking to just hand sand the spots and hit it with black Rustoleum paint. I have never refinished metal, know nothing about metal, and I want to avoid hours on Youtube researching this!
