Got an offer from Dealer on SR5- is this good?

Maybe this will help.

Missing from this data is the crossbars and L-T power-train warranty.

I just got a counter back from a dealer here. Here's what they are offering:

- 2010 SR5 Black with...
- Beige Leather
- third row
- backup camera
- lifetime powertrain warranty (underwritten by independent company; not dealer specific; $100 deductible with ASE mechanic, no deductible at their dealership; non-transferrable; Great American Insurance Company, (est. 1872); link:Great American Insurance Group, a Specialty Insurance Provider - Specialty Insurance
- remote starter
- toyota's 2 year free maintenance

$35,400

I could get by end of month. Please let me know what you think!

I've bought every one of my new cars in the past 8 years using the Consumer Reports New Car Buying data. I forget what it costs, but don't worry about it, you'll make it back and a couple grand in the process. I think it's around $10 to $20. It will give you every single option's invoice price, current incentives, current dealer hold back and a bottom line price that you can start negotiating from. I'll admit, I've never gotten a dealer to give me the bottom line price but I've always gotten below invoice. This includes purchases from Acura, Toyota, Ford, and Honda. You won't regret it.

Thanks everyone for the tips and thanks Deep_palancar for reminding me about USAA. I'm going to log in and see what I can find out there as well and Consumer Reports.

I just think that's a lot of money. New cars lose about 5k as soon as you drive it off the lot. Why buy new when slightly used will do.
