So I'm bored at work and I'm trying to wrap up my lift, so I decided to do some research on OEM LC rear shock P/N's. There's a sh!t ton to say the least.
Toyota P/N: _ _ _ _ _ Application:
48531-69235 _ _ _ _ 91-92 with steel wheels
48531-69265 _ _ _ _ 91-92 with alloy wheels
48531-69415 _ _ _ _ 93-<01/94
48531-69416 _ _ _ _ >01/94-<01/95
48531-69485 _ _ _ _ >01/95-96
48531-69417 _ _ _ _ 97
48531-69557 _ _ _ _ 98 (switched from L6 to V8)
Not sure if any of this info is worth a damn. I'm just trying to figure out which ones to go with. Funny thing is, these P/N's vary by as much as $20/ea. So does a 91-98 LC shock really mean a 91-98 LC shock? Will any of these work? Those of you that are running OEM LC's, which P/N's are you using?
I'm sure I'm waaay over thinking this lol...
